Terms and Conditions
When you make a booking with is the following terms and conditions will apply:
|A deposit is payable at time of booking. Payment of balance owing is taken on the morning of arrival for low-mid season periods; Peak Periods / Special Event balance of the tariff is due seven days prior to the arrival date. Payments for Hot deal and promotional rates are taken at time of booking and are non-refundable.
|If you want to change any details of your booking, you must contact our reservations during office hours or email. We will do our best to assist you but cannot guarantee that changes can be made.

|Arrivals & Departures
|Check in is from 2.00 pm & check out is by 10.00 am. Requests for early check-in or late departures are subject to availability and may incur fees.
Office hours are Monday – Friday 8:30 am – 6:00 pm, Saturday 9:00 am – 4:00 pm and Sunday 10:00 am – 2:00 pm.
If arriving after hours, please contact us prior to your arrival date for late arrival details.
|Requirements upon Check-in
|You will be required to provide a credit card at check-in to cover incidental charges (credit card must be valid and belong to the person who is registering). The person registering at check-in must be at least 18 years of age. In addition, we will ask you to provide photo ID at check-in to ensure that your identity matches the booking identity. A record and/or copy of this photo ID may be retained for verification purposes.
|Shelly Bay Resort is a non-smoking building, we ask that you refrain from smoking within the property grounds. Evidence of smoking in rooms will incur a cleaning fee payable by the guest.
|Extra Person Policy
|Apartments are let on a twin share basis for one-bedroom apartments and four guests in two-bedroom apartments, charges are applicable for additional guests. Extra person rates will be charged daily unless otherwise arranged. The Resort has strict maximum occupancy limits on the apartments.
|The accommodation at Shelly Bay Resort is self-contained and unserviced. Initial provisions supplied include soaps, laundry, kitchen and bathroom, tea, coffee, milk, sugar and toilet paper. These are not replenished during the stay. A mid-week linen service is provided for bookings over seven nights. Although every effort will be made to satisfy any specific requests, we cannot guarantee them.
|No Pet Policy
|Please advise ahead of time if you will be travelling with a Guide, Hearing and Assistance Dog. Guide, Hearing and Assistance Dogs are required to be harnessed in public areas. On check in approved handlers accompanied by a certified dog must present an approved Guide, Hearing and Assistance Dog identity card.
|Rules & ByLaws
|The Body Corporate by-laws, rules and regulations of the complex and any reasonable direction of the Manager must be complied with. The apartment must not be used for any unlawful purpose. Neither the Body Corporate, the Manager nor the apartment owner is liable for any damage or loss of property which a guest may sustain while on the complex. We strongly recommend you consider purchasing travel insurance.
|Photographs & Descriptions
|Whilst care is taken to ensure that photos and description of our facilities and services is accurate, these are continually being changed, upgraded, and on occasion removed from service. Actual apartments occupied may vary in décor and inclusions from those shown in photographs.
